Vendor Information & Application
We do our best to keep each booth unique by avoiding the selling of similar products. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please email stephd757@yahoo.com and let her know what you are planning to sell. Once you get the ok, fill out the following application and send in your Vendors Fee.
Sharing a table is not allowed unless permission is given before the boutique. This is just to assure that we don't have surprise vendors who are selling the same products as another vendor. Please contact Stephanie you have questions about this. Thanks for understanding.

Steps to the Vendor Process:
1. Email stephd757@yahoo.com with up to 5 pictures to showcase on our site. Include a short product description and pricing of each item.
2. Mail or drop by a check for your Vendors Fee to Stephanie Dulgarian
3. Fill out the following application

Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified via email once we have received your payment and everything is good to go!
***PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN GIVER PRIOR ACCEPTANCE VIA EMAIL TO DO SO***
FYI: When you submit your form, the final page it takes you to is my own personal blog. The reason it does this is because the account I have already set up with the online application company is set up through my blog and if I wanted to change it for this site, I would need to change it for my other site and that would be a big hassle! Sorry about the bad redirection of web pages- luckily you only have to see it once!
